How does an almost 46 year old married mom keep her sanity with 3 kids, 1 hubby, 2 parents, 2 chronic diseases, and a brain tumor? Lots of coffee and luck, of course!

About Me
Carpe Diem...
...my personal motto, is a latin phrase meaning 'Seize the Day'.
It is what I strive to do with each morning wake-up...
I am 44, and have Rheumatoid Arthritis, Lupus, and an inoperable brain tumor.
I am blessed to be married to a wonderful man, and fall in love with him over and over.
I am also blessed with 3 great kids (their nicknames follow), Pumpkin Muffin, age 13, Fuzzy, age 14 1/2, and Hammer, age 17. I homeschool Hammer, he has Asperger's Syndrome, a form of Autism. And, he is scary genius, with a love for physics!
We have an extedned family house that we share with my parents, also a huge blessing!
Rounding out our blessings are our furry family members:
3 cats, Pumpkin, Tina, and Suzy
1 yellow lab dog named Liberty
2 Chinese Dwarf hamsters named Brownie & Peng ('thunder' in Chinese).
My life is complex - but always filled with love and happiness.
I hope you enjoy sharing my world.

Yep, the Trifecta from Hell. But, it could always be worse.I am blessed to be married to a wonderful man, and fall in love with him over and over.
